KELECHI OSUNWA, WORGU Leave Al-Merreikh
Published: November 29, 2012According to Sudanese media, former Nigeria youth - teamer Kelechi Osunwa is set to depart Al-Merreikh for an unnamed club in the Chinese League.
Sudan's authoritative sports daily, Goansport says Al-Merreikh have agreed to sell the 28 - year - old for a transfer fee of five hundred thousand dollars.
Meanwhile, the contract of Stephen Worgu expired at the end of the season, and the club has confirmed that it won't be renewing the deal.
Worgu had signed a mouth watering four-year deal with Al-Merrikh in October, 2008, moving from Nigeria's heavyweights Enyimba.
