A couple of the Super Eagles players have expressed their readiness for today's prestige friendly clash with Brazil, with William Troost-Ekong, Samuel Chukwueze and Maduka Okoye taking to their Twitter accounts for this.
Starting from 1300 hours Nigerian time, Gernot Rohr's team will meet with the Brazil team at the National Stadium in Singapore and the boys are, seemingly battle-ready for what promises to be a thrilling afternoon in Kallang.
The Udinese defender who is expected to lead out the team today wrote,
"😁🇳🇬Ready for the game against Brazil. #SuperEagles."
Chukwueze who could be in line for a starting berth for the clash also tweeted thus,
"Eagles 🦅 way 🇳🇬🙏 Game day 🙏"
Fortuna Düsseldorf goaltender, Maduka Okoye who is still awaiting his debut appearance for the team meanwhile tweeted,
"Feels good to be back with the National team! 🦅🇳🇬."
Nigeria will be aiming to become the second African team to beat the Sëleçao since Cameroon back in 2003.
