Everton Equal Arsenal Premier League Record After Goal From Nigerian Wonderkid
Talented English-born Nigerian striker Ademola Lookman scored on his debut for Everton in their 4-0 rout of Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

In doing so, the England U20 international became the 17th teenager to score for the Toffees since the inception of the Premier League in 1992, a joint record by a club in the English top-flight.

Before the former Charlton Athletic star registered his name on the scorecard in stoppage time, Arsenal were the sole holder of the record for the most teenagers to score in the Premier League.

Two other players with Nigerian blood flowing in their veins, Victor Anichebe and Ross Barkley, are among the 17 teenagers to find the net for Everton before their twentieth birthday.

Aged 18 years and 13 days, Anichebe opened his account in the Premier League against West Brom in 2006, while Ross Barkley scored his first goal against Norwich in 2013 aged 19 years and 255 days
