Ex-Crystal Palace Boy Wonder Moses Applauded Off The Pitch As Chelsea Win 11th Game On The Spin
Chelsea won their eleventh game on the spin after beating Crystal Palace 1-0 at Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon.

As for team news, Victor Moses started a Premier League match for the Blues for the 11th game in a row, international teammate John Obi Mikel remains out in the cold while youngsters Fikayo Tomori, Dominic Solanke and Ola Aina were missing from the squad.

Crystal Palace played relatively well until the 44th minute when Diego Costa’s powerful header gave the Blues the lead, his first headed goal in the English top-flight since March 2015.

Moses got into good positions as the game progressed but his inviting crosses were not utilized by his teammates.

The former Crystal Palace man was applauded off the pitch in the 79th minute when he was replaced and he responded in kind.
