Arsenal's Anglo-Nigerian defender changes agent ahead of possible loan move
Ryan Alebiosu has changed his agent ahead of a possible loan move before the close of the January transfer window.

The talented  Anglo-Nigerian fullback is now handled by American-based agency Wasserman.

Wasserman's other clients of Nigerian descent include 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winner Victor Moses, ex-Flying Eagles winger Sammy Ameobi, Super Eagles center back Semi Ajayi and Sone Aluko.

Alebiosu was looked after by Roberto De Fanti, founder of London-based football agency RDF Football Ltd, before he parted company with the Italian-born intermediary.

De Fanti, a former Director of Football at Sunderland, tried to take Alebiosu to the Black Cats in the summer transfer window but the deal fell through at the last minute.

Back in the summer of 2018, the 20-year-old was in the same scholarship intake as Bukayo Saka and goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo who have been promoted to the Gunners first team.

Alebiosu signed his first professional contract in August 2020, a two-year deal, with Arsenal holding an option to extend by a further two years.
