After an imperious come-from-behind victory over Lesotho in Maseru yesterday to round off their international commitments for the year 2019, a number of Super Eagles stars have lauded their achievements on their social media handles.
Victor Osimhen struck twice at the Lesotho stadium after assisting the duo of Alex Iwobi and Samuel Chukwueze at the Lesotho stadium, to render Masoabi's goal and a late own goal for the opposition consolatory.
The Lille striker who is clearly delighted in his contribution to the victory tweeted,
"Great game/performance from the whole squad&very happy to get 2 goals and 2 assistsโGOD is the greatest;we moveโ @thenff ng_supereagles."
Wilfred Ndidi who logged the entire ninety minutes of the game lauded the win, as well as reserved praise for Osimhen with his tweet,
"Good to wrap the international break with aย win and top of the table...The future is bright for the team & @victorosimhen9".
Defender William Troost-Ekong hailed the spirit of the team to bounce back from going behind and getting the points thus,
"+3 ๐ณ๐ฌ๐ฆ Well done boys! That's the Naija spirit!"
Villarreal's Samuel Chukwueze was pleased the Super Eagles recorded their second consecutive win, ''Good game today from the eagles ๐ฆ โค๏ธโ๐ฟ๐ +3๐ณ๐ฌ''.
Ahmed Musa posted on Instagram : ''Congrats Mates, we keep going ๐ฆ ๐ณ๐ฌ๐ช๐''.
