Ndidi Vs Kante : Leicester City Star Streets Ahead Of Chelsea Destroyer
Wilfred Ndidi will be scrutinized in Sunday evening's Emirates FA Cup quarterfinal tie between Leicester City and Chelsea at the King Power Stadium as he is expected to have an individual battle with N'Golo Kanté.

The Nigeria international was signed by the Foxes in January 2017 as replacement for the France star, who had switched to Chelsea earlier in the season.

This season, the former Racing Genk starlet has outranked the Frenchman in some key performance stats in the Premier League.

Ndidi has made 125 tackles in the Premier League, the most by any player after 31 matches, compared to Kante's 89.

With the Nigerian having 87 clearances to his name, he is streets ahead of the Chelsea number seven who has made only 22 clearances from 26 matches.

As for interceptions, the Foxes number 25 has ended up with 41 after 30 matches in the top-flight, ten less than Kante.

The Super Eagles star came out on top in aerial battles won,108 in total, while Kante has a major weakness in that category with only 14 aerial battles won.
