Chelsea are now the second team in Premier League history to keep 400 clean sheets, a milestone first achieved by Manchester United.
To date, Manchester United goalkeepers have posted 430 shutouts since the formation of the Premier League in 1992.
Victor Moses played a part in Chelsea's goalless draw with Leicester City, who were on the front foot and seeking the opening goal until the 68th minute when Chilwell was dismissed for a harsh challenge on the Nigeria international.
The right wing-back had three shots, 72 touches, 41 passes, 82.9 percent passing accuracy, won two fouls and made a tackle against the Foxes.
Arsenal and Liverpool have recorded 389 and 365 clean-sheets respectively to place third and fourth in the table.
