Arsenal Striker Oshoala Puts On A Show As Super Falcons Hammer Mali 6-0
Published: November 20, 2016Asisat Oshoala netted four world class goals as Nigeria annihilated Mali 6-0 in the group B opener of the 2016 African Women’s Cup of Nations at the Stade Municipal de Limbe on Sunday.
The seven-time AWCON champions opened a two-goal lead with Francisca Ordega in the 22nd minute and Oshoala in the 40th before Uchechi Sunday scored from the penalty spot two minutes into the second half.
Florence Omagbemi’s Super Falcons continued to dominate in the second half in Limbe, with three more goals from Oshoala in the 64th, 68th and 77th minutes respectively.
