Nigerian Midfielder Pens New Liverpool Deal Until 2020
Published: November 08, 2016England U20 international of Nigerian descent Ovie Ejaria is now tied to Premier League club Liverpool until the end of the 2019-2020 season.
It has come to light that the central midfielder committed his long-term future to the Reds by penning a four-year contract in the summer.
Ejaria joined the academy team of Liverpool in 2014 after spending nine years with Arsenal.
The London-born player made his Premier League debut in Liverpool’s 6-1 hammering of Watford, coming on for Philippe Coutinho after 87 minutes.
Ejaria has been involved in two games in the League Cup - against Derby County and Tottenham Hotspur, logging 102 minutes.
