A 24-year-old Nigerian, Emmanuel Lion Udemezue who has just spent a season with an Albanian top professional side, FC Beselidhja Lezhe has been making wave in the news media in the country.

Albanian Sports media have been spotlighting the support striker especially in their print media due to his good performance with his newly signed club.

Udemezue who crossed from Moldova where he spent two seasons to Albania has been giving good account of himself according to Beselidhja’s Coach, Sinan Bardhi providing good numbers of goal-assists as a support striker.

Meanwhile, a Turkish side, Balikesirspor is also keen to take the Nigerian on loan according to a statement made by Udemezue on his twitter handle “I learnt there is a negotiating with my club for possible loan move to Turkey’s Balikesirspor”.

Udemezue who is just settling down in the Albanian side seems not to considering the switch while speaking with allnigeriansoccer.com correspondent on phone, claiming his focus now is to help FC Beselidhja Lezhe win a laurel at the end of the season.

He added that “the fans here have shown some love to me, there seems no much racism here, the supporters of my club have been good so far and that is making my stay here pleasant”.
