Official : Femi Ajilore And FC Midtjylland Mutually Terminate Contract
Published: January 27, 2015Danish Superliga pacesetters FC Midtjylland have terminated the contract binding them with Femi Ajilore by mutual consent, six months before expiration.
About a year ago, the Nigeria international returned for a second spell with The Wolves, but injuries limited his appearances in the topflight to just two games.
“It is not a personal criticism of Femi, but it has been a very disappointing process, we simply note, ” FCM coach Glen Riddersholm told bold.dk
“He was not ready when we needed him, and he obviously has basically been clear throughout his second term with us, which is booming thumping shame.
“For the reasons we have by mutual agreement decided that it is best for Femi to go somewhere else and play if he could stop the injury.
“We regret on behalf of Femi, and not slam the door, but it was time to end the marriage.”
In his stint at the MCH Arena, cumulatively Femi Ajilore chalked up 100 appearances for FCM.
