Uche Nwofor Scores Maiden Goal For Lierse
Published: December 13, 2014Nigeria international Uche Nwofor , 23, scored his first goal for Lierse to rescue a point for his side in their 3 - 3 draw with Westerlo.
Lierse were trailing the opponents 3 - 2 before the Super Eagles striker leveled matters six minutes from time.
With the game entering the last ten minutes, manager Slavia Stojanovi�, who was searching for an equalizer, introduced Nwofor to add more firepower to the attack.
And the inspired substitution from the coach yielded dividends shortly afterwards, with the Nigerian netting his maiden goal for Lierse.
