Olhanense Midfielder Femi Balogun Opens Goalscoring Account For This Season
Published: December 07, 2014Femi Balogun netted his first goal of the season as Olhanense defeated Trofense 1 - 0 in the Portuguese Segunda Liga on Sunday.
In his 16th appearance of the season, the former Kaduna United man popped up with the match winner three minutes before the final whistle.
The game was destined for a draw until the 21 - year - old Nigerian scored his third goal for Olhanense in all competitions since his switch from Atlético Baleares in 2013.
Following the win, Olhanense are provisionally 15th on the table with 22 points in their kitty after 18 matches.
In their next fixture, the Lions, who were relegated from the Primeira Liga last season, are guests to Chaves.
