Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Golden Eaglets-eligible striker Victor Musa has agreed a new deal with Premier League club Manchester United ahead of next season.
Musa will be among the new intake of the Red Devils Academy scholars for the 2023-2024 season.
The 2006-born player was offered an early scholarship when he joined Manchester United in the summer of 2021 and the contract, which is for two years, will be activated on July 1, 2023.
Musa will be fully promoted to United's U18 squad next season and is also eligible to represent the Old Trafford outfit in the Premier League 2 and Papa Johns Trophy, and will be registered as a scholar on their Premier League roster.
The 16-year-old made his debut in the U18 Premier League in August 2022 and has thirteen appearances to his name in the division, scoring an impressive six goals.
He has also figured for the U18s in the FA Youth Cup and U18 Premier League Cup - a testament to how highly he's rated by the Manchester United youth team coaches.
Musa has been capped by Spain and England at youth level but the matches were non-binding.
