With ten minutes to go, the Lions were leading 2-0 courtesy of Matty Cash's shot from range that went in off the post in the 17th minute and Ollie Watkins' 68th minute effort.

In the late kickoff, Super Eagles winger Alex Iwobi starts for Everton in their big clash against table toppers Manchester City at Goodison Park.
