The 2021 Super Eagles invitee will do battle with Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, Nottingham Forest attacking midfielder Brennan Johnson and Boreham Wood goalkeeper Taye Ashby-Hammond for the accolade.
Olise delivered a man of the match performance as Crystal Palace defeated Hartlepool United 2-0 at Selhurst Park to book their place in the fifth round.
