UYL : Nigerian striker on target for Chelsea in 4-2 win against Malmo; Flower debuts
Bryan Fiabema got on the scoresheet for Chelsea - Europe's most successful team in the UEFA Youth League with two titles and two runners-up medals - as they defeated Swedish opponents Malmo 4-2 at Kingsmeadow on Wednesday afternoon.

Fiabema went the distance against the Swedish opponents and there was a first-ever squad involvement for 2019 Golden Eaglets invitee Prince Adegoke.

Fresh from signing a professional contract with The Blues, Louis Flower entered the game as a substitute in the 72nd minute for his UEFA Youth League debut.

The scoreline does not tell the story as Chelsea were a goal down inside five minutes, two behind in the 58th minute, then the fightback began.

Rankine and Simons found the net in the space of eight minutes to bring the game back to parity, before Fiabema made it 3-2 on 77 minutes.

Fiabema turned the game around when his downward header beat goalkeeper Ellborg after a deep ball to the far post, before Thomas surely secured the three points for Chelsea with a fantastic individual finish in the 89th minute.

The Norwegian-born Nigerian striker has been in a rich vein of form and his strike versus Malmo was his fifth of the season in all competitions.

Chelsea have six points from three games played, one point less than Group H leaders Juventus.
