Price Tag Of £40m Placed On The Head Of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool-Linked Playmaker Olise
Published: December 07, 2020Championship club Reading will demand an astonishing transfer fee from clubs interested in securing the services of left-footed Nigerian playmaker Michael Olise, according to reports.
The future of the Chelsea Academy product has been the subject of speculation in recent weeks following his fine start to the 2020-2021 campaign.
The Sun UK claims that a price tag of £30m-£40m has been placed on Olise's head, in a bid to scare off potential suitors.
The likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, Everton, Chelsea, Manchester City, Leeds United and Wolverhampton Wanderers, are keeping tabs on the 18-year-old while Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, Monaco and Napoli are on the list of foreign clubs mulling over a move for the precocious talent.
Olise is one of the most productive teenagers in England's top four divisions this season with a hand in eight goals (2 goals, 6 assists) in sixteen league appearances.
He joined Reading in 2016 following his release by Manchester City and has racked up 44 appearances for the Royals since his first team debut against Leeds United whilst still a scholar.
Olise's contract with the Madejski Stadium outfit runs out at the end of the 2021-2022 season.
