Market Value Of Arsenal, Leeds United-Linked Striker Dennis Increases
Published: August 07, 2020The market value of Club Brugge striker Emmanuel Dennis has increased following the latest market value update by Transfermarkt and amid speculation linking him with a departure from the Belgian champions before the summer transfer window closes for business, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
Dennis is valued in the region of 25m euros by Club Brugge, but the transfer market website rates him at 16m euros, making him the fifth most valuable Nigerian-born player in the world.
The Nigeria international's market value has increased by €2.5 million as he was valued at €13.5m in April after the league was halted in Belgium as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Dennis is a target for Arsenal, Atalanta and Borussia Dortmund this summer, while Premier League new boys Leeds United have also been credited with an interest.
Dennis is the second most valuable Club Brugge player, third in the Jupiler League, 64th when it comes to 1997-born players, 68th among players classed as center forwards and 483rd most expensive player globally.
He moved to Club Brugge from Zorya Lugansk in July 2017 in exchange for 1.3 million euros.
