The England youth team squads were announced on Friday, November 9, with fourteen players of Nigerian descent handed call-ups for international fixtures this month.
As previously reported, left-footed PSV midfielder Nonso Madueke has been named in the England U17 squad for the ongoing four-nation tournament in the Republic of Ireland.
Arsenal goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo, who has cited Manchester United's David De Gea as his role model, has received a call-up to England U18s team and he is joined in the team by Chelsea midfielder Faustino Anjorin, who has drawn comparisons with ex-City star Yaya Toure.
Ajibola Alese , Nathaniel Ogbeta and Folarin Balogun are also part of the U18 squad and are in contention to be fielded for games against the Netherlands, Republic of Ireland and Belgium in Murcia between November 15 and 19.
The versatile Arsenal fullback Bukayo Saka has been promoted to England U19s, having previously represented the U16, U17 and U18 teams. Spurs defender Timothy Eyoma has also been selected.
The England U20 squad contains QPR playmaker Ebere Eze, while Tammy Abraham, Dominic Solanke, Ademola Lookman, Fikayo Tomori and Ademola Lookman are in line to play for the U21s.
