'Ademola Has Been On Fire Since He Came Back For Pre-season' - NFF Target Hailed After Scoring Against Kenyans
Published: November 07, 2018Nigeria Football Federation target Ademola Lookman received praise from Everton captain Phil Jagielka after sparkling in their 4-0 rout of Kenyan opponents, Gor Mahia on Tuesday evening.
Lookman put the Toffees 1-0 up in the 16th minute, putting away Cenk Tosun’s low cross from the right, and the East Africans struggled to cope with the pace of the England U21 winger who was in action for 85 minutes.
''Ademola has been on fire since he came back for pre-season and is trying to get himself some game time – and he did himself no harm with his performance tonight,'' Jagielka told evertontv.
''And his attitude was fantastic, spot on – he played 85 minutes so it was nearly a full game for him and it is nice to see him out there enjoying his football.''

Former Nigeria international and Everton legend Yakubu Aiyegbeni taught the Gor Mahia players a thing or two before they played at Goodison Park for the first time in their career as they tried to recreate Jagielka's thunderbolt against Liverpool.
Lookman has made five Premier League appearances off the bench so far this season.
