Published: September 27, 2018Victor Moses made his first start of the 2018-19 campaign in all competitions as Chelsea came from behind to beat Liverpool 2-1 in the third round of the League Cup on Wednesday evening.
The former Nigeria national-teamer outshone the 25 outfield players that were in action at Anfield in two key statistics.
According to data from Whoscored, Moses completed three dribbles, more than any other player on the pitch, including Chelsea's key player Eden Hazard who was introduced in the 56th minute.
The Nigerian winger was first ahead of Liverpool's Guinea central midfielder Naby Keita, who completed two dribbles.
Moses received some rough treatment from the Liverpool players as he was the most fouled player on the pitch, winning a game-high four fouls for the Blues.
Naby Keita (3), James Milner(2), Xherdan Shaqiri (2) were the most fouled player in the Liverpool squad.
Moses and his Chelsea teammates will discover their next opponents in the League Cup when the draw is made this Saturday.
