What Nigerians Are Saying After Hugo Lloris' Comical Error in World Cup Final

Hugo Lloris's error on Mario Mandzukic's goal on Sunday evening has got Nigerians talking on twitter.

France beat Croatia 4-2 to emerge as 2018 World Cup winners in Russia, with goals coming from Antoine Griezmann, Paul Pogba and Kylian Mbappe but one of the talking point goals was Croatian's second of the game, no thanks to Lloris.

The Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper made a hoax of a control in front of his goal while attempting to dribble past Mandzukic, only for the Croat to dispossess him and inadvertently score his side's second of the game.

As comical as the error was, most Nigerians took to Twitter to comment on the faux pas, trolling the Frenchman for letting in such a cheap goal.
