Chelsea Midfielder Training With Liverpool, Plays Against Leicester City
Published: March 05, 2018Liverpool have started running the rule over Chelsea midfielder Isaac Christie-Davies with view to a transfer in the summer.
The former England U17 international went the distance as The Reds were thrashed 4-0 by Leicester City in a Premier League 2 fixture staged at the King Power Stadium on Monday evening.
Christie-Davies trained with Queens Park Rangers last month and he has been permitted by Chelsea to try his luck elsewhere with his contract set to expire at the end of the 2017-2018 season.
Born in Brighton, the 20-year-old represented the youth team of the Seagulls before joining Chelsea at U11 level.
The box-to-box midfielder made his debut for the Blues U18 squad during the 2012-13 season while still classed as an U15 player.
He has won the FA Youth Cup twice with Chelsea and was part of the squad that won the UEFA Youth League in 2016.
