German Football League Sanction Transfer Of Nigeria Superkid Osimhen To Wolfsburg
Published: December 29, 2016The Deutsche Fußball Liga have approved the transfer of Nigeria U20 international Victor Osimhen to Wolfsburg.
The Ultimate Strikers poster-boy had agreed terms with the German Bundesliga club in January but could not be utilized in competitive matches because he was a minor at that time.
Through their official website, the DFL have confirmed that Osimhen has been acquired by Wolfsburg from Ultimate Strikers and added that the transfer will become effective on January 1, 2017.
Allnigeriasoccer.com can confirm that the Golden Boot winner at the 2015 Fifa U17s cost the club based in Lower Saxony 3.5 million euros.
Osimhen, who is celebrating his 18th birthday today December 29, is expected to resume training with the first team of Wolfsburg on January 2.
