Tottenham Hotspur To Pocket 650,000 Pounds From Transfer Of Yahaya To Porto, Agent Reveals
Published: June 03, 2016Nigeria U23 international Musa Yahaya has joined Portuguese Primeira Liga powerhouse FC Porto from Portimonense S.C, according to his intermediary Babawo Mohammed.
The exciting winger began his professional career with Portimonense, joining the club in the January transfer window after failing to secure a work permit that would have enabled him represent Tottenham Hotspur in England.
“I can confirm that Musa Yahaya has signed a five-year deal with Porto and the transfer fee is 650,000 pounds, ” said Babawo Mohammed to allnigeriasoccer.com.
Asked which club will pocket the transfer fee, Babawo replied : “Tottenham Hotspur.”
A product of Mutunchi Academy, Musa Yahaya scored a goal in the 12 matches he played for Portimonense in the second half of last season.
