Teammate Hints Odion Ighalo Not Receiving Enough Service
Super Eagles attacker Odion Ighalo’s goal drought extended to seven games across all competitions after he failed to find the net as Watford lost 1-0 to Premiership leading Leicester City at the Vic on Saturday night.

Reflecting on the defeat to the Foxes, Morocco national-teamer Nordin Amrabat has suggested that Ighalo has not been receiving the kind of services he used to get in earlier matches and stressed that the Hornets have to improve in the final third.

“We have a lot of quality - Ighalo and Deeney are both top strikers - they play in front and we try to feed them and give them balls, but today we were a little bit unlucky,” said Amrabat to Watford’s official webpage.

We have a good team spirit but if we improve our play in the last 30 metres of the pitch then we can create more and I think we will take a lot of points in the last weeks.

Prior to Ighalo
’s recent dry spell in front of goal- his longest since the season started- he did not score in his first four matches of 2016 against Man City,Newcastle,Southampton and Swansea City before ending his drought versus Newcastle United on January 23 in the Premier League.

Last season, the former Udinese and Granada man did not score for eight games in a row in the Championship before experiencing a purple patch that saw him hit target 17 times in 19 league games.
