Bright Dike Features For Toronto In Loss To Manchester City
Published: May 28, 2015Dethroned English champions Manchester City started heir post - season tour with a win against MLS side Toronto FC in a friendly that finished on Thursday morning at BMO Field.
First half substitute Bright Dike would have grabbed a late equalizer for the Canadian club deep in injury time but he somehow contrived to miss a free header which went of goal.
The game’s only goal came in the 85th minute from Manchester City substitute George Evans.
Super Eagles attacker Bright Dike started from the bench but replaced Sebastian Giovinco in the 28th minute.
He has scored one goal in four matches for San Antonio Scorpions in the NASL.
