Liverpool Offer Jordon Ibe\'s Dad Scouting Job
Published: May 23, 2015Jordon Ibe’s stepfather, Michael Carnegie, has been offered a job by Liverpool after successfully negotiating a new deal for the England youth international without any controversy.
The Daily Mail is reporting that Michael Carnegie will scout upcoming talents for the Anfield club.
To avoid conflict of interest, Ibe’s stepfather is not registered as an intermediary by the English FA and stepped aside from NextGen Sports Management Limited, an agency he previously controlled a third of the shares.
In the past, Carnegie had recommended an undisclosed player to former academy director Frank McParland.
