Ex Cagliari Trialist Ayonfe Sunday Handed Maiden Call - Up As Siasia Invites 30 For Get - together
Published: May 22, 2015Nigeria Under 23 coach, Samson Siasia, has announced a 30 - player roster for a get - together which begins on June 1.
The Dream Team VI will face either Ghana or Congo in the final round of qualifiers for the Africa Under 23 Championship in July.
A breakdown of the roster revealed that Nigeria vice - champions Enyimba of Aba and Diamond Football Academy have contributed the most players, with three of their players (six in total) named to the squad list.
As well as Bayelsa United, Shooting Stars and Kano Pillars, Warri Wolves have two players that could add to their international caps - Oghenekaro Etebo and Freedom Omofoma.
Ex Cagliari trialist Ayonfe Sunday has been handed his maiden call - up while Esperance trainee Eteobong Elisha will be monitored at close quarters by Samson Siasia for the second time this year.
