Abdul Ajagun To Spend At Least Three Weeks On The Sidelines
Published: November 12, 2014Greece Super League side Panathinaikos will be without Abdul Ajagun after the international break as he is expected to spend at least three weeks on the sidelines due to injury.
As earlier reported, the attacking midfielder forced himself to play through the pain barrier in the Greens last game against PAOK because the coach had used up all three of his substitutes.
Additional tests have been conducted, and club medics have revealed that the former Flying Eagles skipper has a second degree tear in the right rectus femoris.
His recovery period is between three to four weeks, meaning he will certainly miss the games against Veria, Dinamo Moscow and Asteras Tripolis.
