Norwich City In Advanced Talks To Sign Yobo On Loan
Published: January 30, 2014Norwich City is in advanced talks with Fenerbahce regarding a loan move for substantive Nigeria skipper Joseph Yobo, the official website of the Canaries is reporting.
33 - year - old Joseph Yobo has managed one appearance for Fenerbahce in the Super Lig due to the foreign quota rule in Turkey.
And the center back knows that to be on the Super Eagles roster to the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, he needs to be playing on a continuous basis.
Joseph Yobo is not a stranger to the English Premier League having previously defended the colors of Everton from 2002 - 2012.
He has also played for Marseille, Tenerife and Standard Liege.
