Dele Aiyenugba Drops To The Bench For Hapoel Petah Tikva Clash
Published: January 29, 2014Bnei Yehuda custodian Dele Aiyenugba might be relegated to the substitutes bench for the State Cup clash away to Hapoel Petah Tikva on Wednesday evening.
Following a string of poor performances, the experienced goalkeeper is likely to be axed from the starting lineup, with back up goalie Tom Almadon tipped to replace the Nigeria international.
Dele Aiyenugba, 30 , has conceded 34 goals in the Premier League this term.
And this makes him statistically the second worst goalkeeper in the championship behind Itamar Nitzan of Ironi Nir Ramat Hasharon.
To make matters worse, Bnei Yehuda are swimming in relegation waters with only 10 points from their first 19 matches.
