Morocco National Team Trains Behind Closed Doors
Published: January 24, 2014Ahead of the showdown with Nigeria in the quarter finals of the African Nations Championship on Saturday, Morocco National Team trained for the last time today in Cape Town behind closed doors, just like they did on Thursday.
All the players of the Atlas Lions, who are debuting in this tournament, trained even those who had slight knocks.
The idea is for them to shake off the minor injuries and make themselves available for the meeting against the Super Eagles.
Based on their last workout, coach Hassan Benabicha is likely to start the game with the same lineup which defeated Uganda 3 - 1 on Monday.
The Morocco Federation has promised the players a special bonus should they defeat Nigeria and go on to win the competition.
