Michael Odibe Is Now A Free Agent As Arsenal Kiev Start Bankruptcy Proceedings.
Published: October 29, 2013One - cap Nigeria international Michael Odibe is now technically a free agent after his Ukrainian club Arsenal Kiev on Tuesday started bankruptcy proceedings.
General director of Arsenal Kiev, Victor Golovko said that the capital club will likely cease to exist.
“I would like to inform you that, regrettably, today, and there were no sponsors and patrons of the arts.
“In spite of all the appeals, the football club Arsenal did not wait on anybody to help and support in this difficult period.
“So with sincere pain in my heart, I have to declare: Arsenal Football Club began bankruptcy proceedings, the team is removed from the competition,” Golovko told the official website of Arsenal Kiev.
Mchael Odibe’s contract with Arsenal Kiev was due to expire in December 2013.
