Ogunsoto Departs Olympiakos Volos; Oliseh Remains
Published: July 02, 2013Babatunde Ogunsoto has decided not to renew his contract with Olympiakos Volos. This means he can now leave the Greek club as a free agent.
The experienced striker who has had spells in Belgium and Kazakhstan signed a short - term deal with The Reds in the winter transfer market, arriving from another lower division club Anagennisi Epanomi.
With 7 goals in 23 games, Patrick Ogunsoto was the second highest goalscorer for Olympiakos Volos in the league this past season.
Olympiakos Volos is Ogunsoto's fifth club in Greece. He had previously played for Paniliakos, Ergotelis, OFI Crete and Anagennisi Epanomi.
Meanwhile, another Nigerian Egutu Oliseh (23 matches last term) will continue to play for Olympiakos Volos in the 2013 - 2014 campaign.
