Vincent Enyeama Not Bothered About Cavani, Suarez
Published: June 20, 2013Ahead of the encounter with Uruguay on Thursday evening, Nigeria numero uno Vincent Enyeama has stated that the Super Eagles don't have any special plans for the famous strike force of the South Americans - Diego Forlan (Internacional), Edinson Cavani (Napoli) and Luis Suarez(Liverpool).
Though Enyeama acknowledged Uruguay's firepower in attack, he said their focus will be on the whole Uruguay National Team.
''Personally we will not have any particular issue with these attackers.
''We have 11 players, the reserves and we will face Uruguay in the best way you could play.
''The combination of them is difficult. Cavani and Suarez are two good players. And as I said earlier, we will not focus on them both. Let us focus on Uruguay.
''Will not play against a certain player. We will face all players of Urugua,'' the Nigeria skipper was quoted as saying by TV Globo.
Nigeria will progress to the semi - finals of the Confederations Cup for the first time ever if they defeat Uruguay.
