Super Eagles Train At Kasarani Pitch
Published: June 04, 2013Kenya’s opponents in the World Cup Qualifiers, the Super Eagles of Nigeria had a feel of the Moi Sports Centre Kasarani turf this evening, barely 24 hours to the match on Wednesday. The Eagles landed in Nairobi early Tuesday morning from Germany.
The team was accompanied to the Moi Sports Centre Kasarani by the Nigerian ambassador to Kenya. Journalists were allowed only a few minutes to take photos and record training, thereafter the team training behind closed doors.
The team is residing at the La Mada Hotel on Thika road. After their team bus delayed in coming back to pick them after training, they chose to ride back to their hotel in personal cars.
