Exclusive: Multiple Agents Threaten Yero Bello's Turkey Deal
Published: May 13, 2013From all indications, Yero Bello may not continue his career with Israeli club Bnei Sakhnin next season as he is attracting concrete interest from an unnamed Turkish club campaigning in the First League, allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report.
This is not the first time the 25 - year - old forward is being linked with a transfer to a Turkish club. Indeed, Bello was the top candidate for the striking role at Rizespor last summer.
Rizespor had offered him a contract without undergoing trials as well as annual wages of 180,000 euros.
But the proposed move failed to materialize after Yero Bello's agent, who was not the facilitator of the deal, called the President of Rizespor.
Not wanting to deal with multiple agents, the club backtracked on the contract offer and shifted focus to another Nigerian striker, Enyimba's Uche Kalu. And as they say, the rest is history.
This time around, nothing has changed as Yero Bello is still being managed by the South African based agency.
On the other hand, it is the same Turkish agent that has promised him a deal in Turkey this summer.
If both agents do not reach an amicable solution to the matter, the dream of Yero Bello earning big money in wages and sign-on fee would be an illusion.
