Jude Aneke Set To Terminate Al Masry Contract, Warri Wolves Report Egyptian Club To Fifa

One - cap Nigeria international Jude Aneke signed a three - year contract with Al Masry last summer, precisely August 2012.

Since then, the cash strapped Egyptian club has failed to remit Aneke's transfer fee of $200,000 to the selling club Warri Wolves.

Warri Wolves became impatient and reported Al Masry to football regulatory body, Fifa, who mandated the Egyptian team to fulfill its financial obligation.

''Al Masry have no money now and that is why they are desperate to sell Jude Aneke. Warri Wolves reported them to Fifa after failing to pay the player's transfer fee of $200,000.

''In its ruling , Fifa told Al Masry to pay and issued them a warning. But still, they have not paid. The next thing Fifa will do is to ban Al Masry from all competitions,'' a source who pleaded for anonymity told allnigeriasoccer.com.

Furthermore,  Al Masry owe Jude Aneke more than five months wages. The player and his representatives have vowed to unilaterally terminate his contract which was due to expire in two years time.

''The club can't even pay Jude Aneke's wages. He signed a 'big money' deal of $300,000 annual wage. Al Masry have no money to pay Aneke, no money to pay Warri Wolves and no money to pay Fifa, who fined the club $60,000 for delaying payment of the transfer fee.

''Aneke has only received $25,000 as salary since he signed for Al Masry. Where is the rest of the money? As part of the loan agreement, El Dakhleya have to pay 30 percent of Aneke's salary ($90,000, ed).

''Under Fifa regulations, the player can cancel his contract immediately or he'll finish the season and walk away as a free agent,'' the source added.

It is claimed that Jude Aneke, whose 20 goals for Kaduna United two seasons ago is a domestic record, is attracting interest from teams in Turkey.
