Joseph Yobo Warns Galatasaray To Expect Fireworks
Published: April 20, 2013Fenerbahçe stopper Joseph Yobo has warned Istanbul rivals Galatasaray to be ready for fireworks when they clash next month.
The Nigeria skipper reckons that a win over Galatasaray will bring them a step closer to the Super League crown.
''We missed the championship last season. We do not want to make the same mistake. I want to win the championship again this season.
''There are five weeks to go and Galatasaray, only four points ahead of us. We can beat the rivals because we have the advantage of hosting them,'' Yobo was quoted as saying by hurriyet.com.tr.
The experienced defender has suited up 18 times for Fenerbahçe in the Turkish top flight. So far, he has not been cautioned by match officials.
