''Presently I still have a contract with Numancia and my focus is ending the season well with them and making sure they are secure in the league.
''It is very important to end the season and I will make a decision on my future when the season is over.
''Of course it is a dream to come and play in England,'' Sunday Stephen told Sky Sports.
Crystal Palace and Leeds United are reportedly monitoring the transfer situation of the defensive midfielder.
