Enyeama Predicts Difficult Game
Published: March 23, 2013Goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama has predicted a difficult game against the Harambee Stars of Kenya in Saturday's eagerly anticipated World Cup qualifier.
The Harambee Stars have one point from their first two matches and will be looking to garner points to keep their hopes of qualification for the next round alive.
''The Kenyans are trying to get out from the bottom of the table, trying to make something going for them. I think with the help of God, by the grace of God, it is going to be a good game hopefully. Let us see how it goes. It is going to be a hard one, I think,'' Enyeama told Brila FM.
Dynamo Kiev's Brown Ideye is one of the strikers expected to lead the Eagles charge for goals in the absence of Russia based player Emmanuel Emenike, who was not invited for this meeting after failing to recover from injury.
Brown Ideye confessed that he will miss the strike partnership which worked so well at the African Cup of Nations.
''I played with him. He is a great player, we understand each other on and off the pitch. I will miss him a lot but I have to work with the player the coach asks me to work with. Victory is the important thing,'' said Ideye.
