Abdulwaheed Afolabi Banished To Reserves For Lateness
Published: March 03, 2013Manager of Russian Premier League club Kuban Krasnodar, Leonid Kuchuk has banished Nigeria youth - teamer Abdulwaheed Afolabi to the reserve team for repeatedly coming late to training, according to F-Sport.
The 21 - year - old striker, who signed a four - year deal with Kuban just last summer, was excluded from first team training on Saturday afternoon.
''Afolabi was not in Kuban's training this afternoon (Saturday, ed) because he is exiled to the reserve team. Forward has come late to training two or three times. Leonid Kuchuk sent him to the back - up,''an official of Kuban said.
So far, Abdulwaheed Afolabi has made 2 appearances in the Premier League, against Krasnodar and Alaniya.
