Spartak Moscow Coach Dismisses Emenike Rumors
Published: January 21, 2013Spartak Moscow Head Coach Valery Karpin has dismissed reports that Emmanuel Emenike is leaving the Russian capital for Fenerbahce.
Turkish media reported on Monday, January 21 that the Nigeria international has completed a loan switch to Fenerbahce.
''That's crazy, I can not confirm that. No, he will not be leaving the club,'' Karpin told F-Sport.
This season, Emenike, who is with the National Team of Nigeria at the African Cup of Nations, has scored 7 goals in 20 matches for the Russian vice - champions.
Emmanuel Emenike's contract with Spartak Moscow expires in the summer of 2016.
