Raheem Lawal Wants To Play In South Africa
Published: January 08, 2013Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi must cut his preliminary African Cup of Nations down to 23 latest Wednesday night.
Adana Demirspor midfielder Raheem Adewole Lawal, who is attracting interest from Istanbul BB in the January transfer window, says he would be delighted to be on the plane to South Africa.
''It will be a dream come true if I am picked by coach Stephen Keshi. I will give thanks to God and promise not to disappoint the coaches and Nigerians.
''The atmosphere in camp is calm and all the players are in good spirit,'' says Lawal to allnigeriasoccer.com.
Lawal, a product of Magate FC Academy and 36 Lion, has made three appearances for the National Team.
