Odemwingie: Clarke Told The Players To Believe In Themselves
Published: January 03, 2013
Peter Odemwingie has commented on the recent success of West Brom in the English Premier League. After 21 rounds of matches, The Baggies are seventh on the log, with only 5 points separating them from Chelsea in fourth place.
''The new coach Steve Clarke changed the system of our game a little. When Roy Hodgson was ate West Brom, he was thinking more about the defense, but now we're not afraid to attack and control the ball. Clarke told the players to believe in themselves and this is the result,'' the Nigeria international was quoted as saying by bobsoccer.ru.
Odemwingie, 31, has netted 4 times in 17 appearances in the current campaign. West Brom play Queens Park Rangers in the FA Cup on Saturday.
