EMMANUEL EMENIKE Returns To Spartak Moscow Squad This Week

Spanish coach of Spartak Moscow Unai Emery gave the players a one day break following the 2-0 victory over Krasnodar in the last of matches, writes championat.com citing bobsoccer.ru.
Nigeria international Emmanuel Emenike, who was missing from the team's last match after failing to recover from a back complaint, returned to the training base of The Red and White on Monday to undergo individual training with the physiotherapists.
If his rehabilitation goes according to plan, he would be reinstated to the group this week. Last week, German doctors discovered that the Super Eagle was suffering from a serious disease. Earlier reports in the Russian media had suggested that he feigned injury.
