Published: September 14, 2012
Hasan Egilmez, the Turkish manager of Lagos based 36 Lions, has disclosed to allnigeriasoccer.com that the club has secured the signature of the precociously talented striker Michael Ebere Ikpe.
The former schoolboy international has started training with his new teammates. Recently, the academy announced the signing of Flying Eagles wing-back Felix Okon Udoh.
''Michael is one of the biggest talents in Nigeria and has a bright future. Has signed a contract for the next three years. He plays best as a striker, but can also play as winger. This player works hard, has excellent anticipation, very dangerous when it comes to one-on-one situations and is a good finisher ,'' Egilmez stated.
36 Lions Academy has few rivals in Nigeria when it comes to grooming future world beaters.
